Just as one example, I can't even use the new app to find the stories I want to read. The new app barely functions. It's so riddled with bugs I almost hate to read Medium these days.

Loading the app on my phone actually makes me feel bad. Negative. Sad.

What used to be my daily morning coffee pleasure has turned into an almost detested chore.

I could go on and on, including that the last several newsletters I spent hours writing for Prism & Pen didn't actually get sent, and trying to get technical support turned into a useless endeavor. I got no meaningful engagement from anyone at Medium. Nobody there helped me. Nobody would even answer my question: should I write the next newsletter on Sunday or is it just a waste of my time?

If you can't get an answer to a direct question like that, after sending plea after plea for help, you know something is terribly wrong.
