James Martin counsels LGBTQ Catholics to to accept Catholic teaching that we are disordered and depraved. He goes to revolting and condescending lengths to justify the Church’s horrific theology. He has proclaimed over and over that he believes official theology. I hold him in the highest possible contempt. As they say, with friends like that, who needs enemies?

I’ve heard it said he identifies as gay, though I don’t know if that’s true. If it is true, I revile him all the more.
