I've been writing about Christian dominionism for years, and the more years that pass, the more worried I become. This judge just ruled that cell clusters no more than 2 to 8 cells in total are human beings at law. To do so, he quoted the Bible as an authority.

Clearly, he's a deeply superstitious, ignorant person. But he's not shy about forcing his ignorant superstitious on others using the full power of the State.

We're here, people. This is Dominionism in action. As to act 2, and subsequent acts? These folks are gunning to stop same-sex marriage, make homosexuality illegal again, make contraception illegal or difficult to access, and make it harder for women to divorce their husbands. For starters.

(All of the above are enumerated goals in Christian nationalist movements. I'm not just making them up.)

So when do people wake up and say Enough is Enough? When to do people start saying, get your ignorant Christian hands off my body, out of my life, and away from my human and civil rights?

I suggest we start now, all of us.
