I've been struggling with health and mobility issues for a long time, and for about a year quite seriously. I feel for you! I've had very good experiences with some medical care, and quite poor experiences with others. My access challenges are different from yours because I'm in a rural area, with all that says for shortages of specialists and long waiting times even to see a GP, but I feel your story very closely. (Don't even talk to me about rheumatologists and how difficult it is to see one! 🤣)

Hoping you get this tendon issue resolved soon! It sounds painful and discouraging. And, you know, we all have enough of that right now even without physical problems.
