I've also written about the disturbing implications of the reversal of Roe, and I mean disturbing, of course, beyond the beyond the profoundly unjust context of women losing the right to choose abortion.

Overturning Roe would give the court a pretty simple path to overturning both Lawrence and Obergefell, which LGBTQ advocates and legal experts have been shouting about, but which few people are paying attention to.

We desperately need the LGBTQ Equality Act to pass, but President Biden abandoned his promise to make it one of his administration's top priorities, waffling on supporting filibuster reform that would be necessary for it to pass.

In fact, I published an article yesterday calling him out for his lack of leadership and his weakness.

We face very dark days ahead, and if people aren't scared to death, they should be.
