It’s very hard to imagine that the Google statement above is not fundamentally cynical.

It could not be more clear that Google was motivated not by security but by suppressing labor organizing. The NLRB saw through their arguments with apparent ease, and now it’s time for Google to make meaningful management change rather than digging in their heels.
