It’s rhetoric, man. Hyperbole for effect. I don’t even know you, so of course I don’t actually hope that you as an individual human loses his business.

But I do want to shake up the conversation. Because you know what’s lacking in this article and all of the conversation about it so far? Any sense of customer service or of customers at all.

None of the developers and IT professionals here seem to have the slightest interest in giving users what they want and need. Instead, it’s all about what developers want and need.

Which, guess what? That’s why Google invented AMP and pushed it in the first place.

Needs get filled by smart business people. Google is smart.
