It's really discouraging to see the links that people will go to push back against trans children. That district had not not enforced a hair-length code in over 5 years. But they jumped all over at the moment a trans kid came along, and they didn't care who they hurt in the process. It's a despairing indictment of the human condition. Thank God for the ACLU and federal judges, but just think about all the kids who are putting up with abuse it doesn't quite rise to the level of federal intervention.
