It's interesting that the state Republican Party in Michigan is in complete chaos right now. Their hateful, exclusionary message isn't selling, and they don't know what to do. Party leadership is in the hands of a Trumpist faction, and no reasonable alternative seems to be presenting itself.

Out of power in the state legislature for the first time in over 40 years, the party is struggling, and failing, to make itself relevant.

They are failing so spectacularly, that at a recent, well publicized meeting, one official kicked another official in the balls.

I can't say I hate seeing them so dysfunctional!
