It's hard for me to wrap my mind around Spotify signing a contract with this guy. The immorality of the entertainment and tech worlds constantly astonishes me. The idea that making lots of money makes everything okay constantly astonishes me.

I canceled Spotify, which I used to quite enjoy for listening to music, when I learned personally how closely they were tracking me for advertising purposes. How much Spotify knew about me was creepy, and I just couldn't stand the idea of supporting their platform any longer.

If I hadn't quit over that a little more than a year ago, I would certainly be quitting now.
