It is kind of remarkable, though, how much fast food restaurants charge for their food these days. I don't know how they've swindled people into thinking it's okay to buy inferior, poorly prepared food that's often more expensive (sometimes much more!) than at an independently owned diner just next door — that offers far better quality at more reasonable prices.

I don't know, call it corporate greed? Effective marketing (fooling the rubes) during late-stage capitalism?

Whatever the problem is, it's clearly not Biden's fault. I blame big corporations and their leaders' greedy ethos. As I note that their biggest supporters are Republican politicians.

Just sayin'.
