Is that documented or are you talking about informal practices? I understand that until a couple decades ago Black men were excluded from the priesthood, a role all Mormon men are supposed to fill. I had thought when that restriction was lifted, the LDS Church had eliminated barriers to Black people in the Church. I'd be very interested to see which ones might still exist.
