Interestingly, Walters has already demonstrated himself quite clearly to be a queerphobic bully of the classic schoolyard variety.

He has personally and publicly condemned particular gay and transgender teachers in Oklahoma. In one case, a teacher resigned after his bullying.

Later, a queer student in the school, bullied regularly by other students and not protected by staff, took their own life.

They told friends that the teacher who had been forced to resign has been their only hope for safety in their school environment.

That's the sort of thing Walters stands for.

That's the conduct he condones and encourages with his fundamentalist Protestant Christian interpretation of the Bible.
