Interestingly enough, I recall a news article quoting an unnamed aide complaining that Trump never carried cash and rarely compensated staff who made minor purchases for him. How convenient that he just happened to have cash in church and that a camera just happened to be focusing on him as he handled it. (Insert eye roll/laugh emoji that somebody should design. Lol)
