Interestingly, an Ikea employee in Poland was fired 2 years ago for refusing to remove this passage from a company-wide electronic bulletin board where he had posted it.

Catholic bishops and priests around Poland rallied defense, defending his right to post this passage which explicitly calls for violence.

Many conservative Christians support and quote passages like this.

Somehow for them it’s okay because it’s in the Bible. So, having an agenda to not have death threats made against us seems like a pretty good agenda to me.

I’m delighted that man was fired and I unequivocally condemn the bishops and priests who supported him. They are immoral monsters who need to examine their consciences and their senses of decency.

Something is fundamentally wrong with them as human beings. Just as something is fundamentally morally twisted about Dobson.

Any religion that condemns human beings for being different is broken.

Oh, and later that year in Poland? Mobs of enraged Catholics, egged on by fear-mongering Catholic priests and bishops, attacked pride parades and beat people, including stomping one 14-year-old boy’s face into the pavement breaking his jaw and his skull in several places.

Yeah, we have an agenda for that not to happen, all right.
