Indeed, and contrary to the presumptions of many conservative people, white Europeans are not lining up to immigrate to the United States. Demand is underwhelming. (With the exception of a limited number of people from certain unstable former Soviet Bloc countries.)

Immigration from European countries normally comes about because of personal/family relationships like marriage or because corporate work assignments requires living in the United States.

When people rail against immigration, they're almost always railing against people of color daring to seek opportunity in the United States.

And people doing the railing are almost always descended from people who did the very same thing once.

Hypocrites.
