Speaking of the fears and risks of taking grey-market meds, I'm reminded of "buyers clubs," coalitions of people living with HIV who once banded together to buy life-sustaining drugs for outside U.S. borders.

This is perhaps less necessary today given better and more affordable access is most places. But I'm wondering if there are any analogous groups that exist to make purchasing HRT from overseas a little more safe and trustworthy.
