I'm so glad you enjoyed your trip, and thanks for busting the rude French person stereotype. :-)

I've spent a lot of time in France and I've never encountered the stereotype that many Americans seem to believe in. Parisians, who live in a very big city, can tend to be in a rush and a bit snippy sometimes, like people in many big cities. But I've never found Parisians to be intentionally rude or arrogant, or anything like the way they're painted sometimes.

And outside big cities? Well, I guess French people are as warm and welcoming as people anywhere. But with better food. Lol!
