I'm so glad that got resolved! And I hope Ben's dialysis schedule gets reduced. I just went through a difficult time with my neighbor supporting her through hip-replacement surgery while I was ill, and the one really positive thing about the whole situation was how thoroughly nice and accommodating the staff at the hospital were.

I can imagine that if we had a Boss B involved during our very difficult 3 days, things would have just been so much worse.
