I’m not so sanguine, since the law does not prohibit drag shows altogether. It merely adds them to a category of public performances to which bringing a child is a criminal offense. Laws like that do pass Constitutional muster, and it’s very easy to imagine conservative judges saying it’s up to lawmakers to decide how and when to define artistic performances as as sexually oriented.
