I'm just hoping somebody with actual human connections with Medium staff will reach out and intercede for us. Writers on the platform sometimes mention they talk to real people at Medium. Nobody at Medium has ever reached out to me in all the years I've written here. I don't have a email address, a phone number, or even a name of a person I can reach out to and ask for help. I would if I could.
