I'm happy to report that every group administer, most of whom are women, were fully on board with keeping the group inclusive and respectful of bisexual people. I just happened to be the first administrator to see a member complaint about the biphobic post, which did indeed, btw, elicit exactly the kind of a contamination rhetoric you're referring to.
