I'm down to six ripe tomatoes, four little bell peppers, and a basket of cherry tomatoes that I hope will ripen if I keep them in a paper bag.
My breakfast this morning was polenta with two eggs, and a melange of diced onion, my cherry tomatoes and my bell pepper.
Meanwhile, we're having a week of Indian summer, if we hadn't had that one hard freeze a couple weeks ago, I'd still be harvesting!
Well, it had to end sometime, and I'll enjoy the fruits of the garden for as long as I can stretch them out. Lol
