I’m afraid I know almost nothing about adobo, other than associating it with a dry spice mix made by Goya. I was a little surprised not to find any of that in your recipe. I was fascinated to learn what adobo was really all about. Thanks!

Btw, if you have any experience preparing chicken with mole sauce, I for one would be all ears. It’s one of my favorite Mexican dishes.
