If it's not Jordan Peterson presuming to announce to the world that a woman is not attractive because of her weight, it's a gang of men presuming to criticize the appearance of a woman they evidently do find attractive.

They're announcing they own her in some way, that they have some right over how she presents herself.

How dare they?

Rhetorical question, of course, but part of the answer is that men are raised to believe they really do have that right.

Peterson is the perfect example. He obviously believes he has and ought to have the prerogative to call a woman ugly in front of an audience of millions.

Men are raised to think like that, so it's an easy step from there to calling a woman a "slut" because of the beautiful dress she chooses.
