I walked outside at nearly 10:00 p.m. last night to look for my errant cat before locking up, and I could still see well enough without a flashlight. That’s one way I know the solstice is just about here.

Time does rush on, though, and the older I get the faster it seems to fly.

Oh, and my cat? She was sleeping on top of the clothes dryer and wondered why I hadn’t thought to check there first. Lol
