I very much hope you are right about the section 35 order being thrown out of court. I think you're right that it has no grounds, but a lot of respected commentators are saying that Westminster won't have much trouble finding judges to go along with them.

I'm not by any means an expert on UK politics or the UK judiciary, so I won't pretend to have an informed opinion.
