I think the idea is that since “trans is a fad” that could be nipped in the bud if parents knew in time that their kids are flirting with Satan, then reporting effeminate behavior in boys and butch behavior in girls will stop the evil. Of course that’s not how any of this works, but can you imagine the poor teenager confronted by Evangelical Christian parents because the school reported them? Bad juju. Seriously bad juju.
