I think one of the great benefits of the queer trend to decouple gender from sex is it it is increasingly perfectly okay not to have a clear sense of gender.

For those of us who do, that’s fine, but we’re starting to advance beyond the point where having that clear sense is anything like a requirement for fulfillment or happiness.
