I think it almost goes without saying that the progress flag represents the values that Jesus taught, the values the gospel writers told stories about, especially the stories that seem to come up from the very early Q source.

Inclusion, resisting the impulse to Other, respecting the stranger as a neighbor. Valuing love above all.

I'm so happy to see many progressive Protestant Christians trying to return to these values, values most other Christians seem to hold in contempt, or at least in dismissal.
