I think Hinduism gives multi-gender godhead a shot. First, it’s not strictly a polytheistic religion at its core. All the various gods and goddesses are thought of as aspects of Brahma, of the god-energy of the universe.

And even individual gods like Ardhanarishvara can have both male and female aspects at the same time.

Not that any of this has tamed patriarchy in practice, sadly.
