I suggest you try Google in re the accomplishments of the Obama administration and LGBTQ equality. They were enormous.

With respect to Grenell and his performance as ambassador, he insulted the German government so badly and attempted to interfere in internal matters so blatantly that insiders were demanding via back channels that he be removed from his post.

That was most likely the reason he did not return to his job after his brief stint as DNI.
