I should stop commenting every other paragraph or so, but I just can't get over the horror of this sickening tale. I can't get over the fact that people are vaunting this sadism and praising the slave for obeying, even in the face of horrific cruelty. The value system behind that sort of morality tale leaves me gasping with shock and horror. It's hard for me to imagine any moral system, any system of religious belief, that demands and praises this kind of submission and obedience. Since I started editing your story a couple of days ago, I've been feeling very dark and depressed over the state of the human condition. Over the state of traditional religion.
