I saw the video yesterday, and it's horrifying. The way those cops yelled, practically screaming sometimes, at the individual family members was terrifying. I can't imagine how terrified the family members must have felt.

The cops didn't treat those family members like people, they treated them like animals. Those cops weren't doing anything like protecting and serving. They were bullying, brutalizing, and terrorizing.

Then they claimed this is just their standard operating procedure. That's a reminder that police culture in the United States is sick and disgusting. US cops for the most part are thoroughly horrible people.

U.S. cops are pigs. Often or perhaps usually, racist pigs.

Yes, those cops made an egregious error by entering the wrong state when they looked up the license plate number. But a question comes to mind.

Why did they run the license plate number in the first place?

Black family in a nice car is the only explanation that comes to mind.
