I remember stepping off a plane into Florida's heat and humidity for the first time, after living for years in cool Berlin. While I'd experienced serious heat in North Africa and Greece, it just didn't compare to that wet punch in the face in Miami. All that humidity was just surreal! I soon acclimated, though.
