I once replied to a scareware emailer by telling them, “You obviously don’t know anything about me. If you did, you would have sent me some actual private information in your extortionate email.”

They replied by sending me a picture of my dog.

I sent a gif of a laughing face back and said, “Oh, gee. You were able to find my public Instagram account. You’re a genius.”

Then I blocked them. ;-)
