I often feel shocked by how passionate people are in expressing their disgust/hatred/disrespect toward trans people. I felt shocked just now reading some of those Twitter replies.

By the way, as to what conservative politicians want to do to trans adults, SB 254 in Florida, which I wrote about yesterday, is super instructive.

The bill, which is likely to pass in some form, is getting the most commentary ink over its provisions that encourage/authorize non-custodial parents to kidnap transgender kids.

But two other parts of the bill would make HRT difficult or impossible for most trans adults to access in Florida.

This is what right-wing leaders mean when they talk about eradicating "transgenderism."
