I love your list, great food! Although, I have to confess to not being familiar with Malaysian food.

Two nights ago, I made roast chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry salad, and crisp steamed asparagus. Tonight, it's going to be fresh tuna and salmon ceviche with lots of chopped vegetables and a very spicy chili/lime dressing. With crispy tortillas.

The Midwestern boy I used to be wouldn't know what to make of that! 😂

And now thanks to you, I really really really want some mole!
