I love this very practical peek into a minimalist, non gender-conforming wardrobe. If we're going to apply the brakes to spiraling consumerism in any meaningful sense, we're all going to need to get used to owning less clothing. But that doesn't have to mean no style! Interestingly. for most of human existence, your 30 items of clothing wouldn't have been considered minimalist. They would have instead have marked you as extraordinarily wealthy and privileged. Things have changed, of course, with textiles no longer being incredibly expensive. But we pay an environmental and social cost for that.
