I love all the metaphors and allusions you packed into such a short horror story. I'm not typically a big fan of the genre, though I understand why many people are. Just personal taste. But I really enjoyed this, and not because of the revenge fantasy. I think you did a great job using the conventions of the genre to make important points. And be entertaining!
