I know very little about politics of Louisiana, but it seems like in most of the United States the Republicans are really floundering on the abortion issue, meaning the abortion issue is kicking their electoral asses. They seem to insist on focusing on it despite increasing evidence then Republican voters voters don't want them to.

But this? Holding clean water and infrastructure hostage? This is some extra special evil.
