I know, it’s tough to keep track of all of this and I wish I could answer your question better. All I know is that I use Google Chrome on my Windows 10 computer with Gmail as my default email. And my Android phone has the same Google account setup because I use the same Gmail address. Under that scenario, I can go to my computer and type find my phone into the search bar in Google and the Google app that does that will come up and make my phone ring.
