I imagine Natalie is referencing the fact that when Justin Bieber was a teenage heart throb, he took a lot of shit for "looking like a girl," and that today, there's a sort of running joke that certain lesbians look like he used to look. (I was never a Bieber fan, but I have written that a certain contempt people often expressed about him was misogynistic and homophobic. (even though he's straight.) Later, he earned some contempt by acting like a jerk, but I'm referring to his early career before all that happened.)
