I haven’t yet to my knowledge had anyone try to plagiarize my writing here on Medium, Natalie. I have, however, had my Medium writing misappropriated and posted to other places on the Internet both with and without attribution.

In one case, a clickbait site asked me to provide content. When I quoted my word rates, they declined. ;-) But I checked them out later and they were taking my content anyway without my permission!

Plagiarism is definitely a big problem on the Net. I don’t think there are any easy answers. It’s just too easy to do.

I wish I knew some strategies to prevent it.
