I have often had trouble posting comments from the Android app since the big "upgrade" several weeks ago. I haven't noticed any problems from Windows 10 and Chrome on my laptop. So, I don't know. Those are my personal experiences as somebody who often posts stern comments on subjects like racism and LGBTQ equality.
