What sort of creation are you talking about? Cosmology? There's zero evidence of creator in anything we've managed to uncover about cosmology, let alone clear evidence.

Or are you perhaps speaking of biology? The evolution of species clearly shows us an undirected process. If someone designed life on Earth, they did a remarkably poor job of it.

To me, the human body and its flaws shows us beyond a doubt that no divine creator was involved in designing it.
