I have much more fun writing something when I don’t worry about how many people are going to read it. A few viral Smash Hits can really ruin a person’s motivation.

The most fun I have writing on Medium is my fiction. Which happens to be my least read stuff on Medium — or anywhere else for that matter.

So I ask myself, how can I hold on to that incredibly wonderful creative feeling I get when I know a story is coming out well.

If I figure out the answers, I’ll let people know. Cuz I’m afraid right now I don’t have the “five number one reasons” to stay happily creative. ;-)
