I got to run to most of the Air Force bases in Europe, lots of good memories from Wiesbaden and Ramstein in particular. Also roamed a lot on Eurail, listened to a lot of Pink Floyd and Rush. Drank swimming pools full of excellent German white wine and beer. Thank God craft beers were coming into fashion by the time I got back to the States, because I was never able to enjoy Budweiser or Miller again. 🤣
