I feel your struggle, and I’m sorry you have to experience this. But I think you might be a bit hard on yourself here.

Without interlocking bonds of love, without the loyalty of family both created and natural, would life be fulfilling?

We cope with what’s thrown at us, we love the people we love because we love them not because they deserve it. And often we realize there are no good answers to problems. No perfect act or acts can deliver the results we want.

All we can do is our best in the moment with love as our motivator. It sounds to me like that’s exactly what you’ve been doing.
