I feel really sorry for the kids at the school, who undoubtedly have read and talked about a lot of this. Is gossip flying around?

Are two 8th grade boys a little "too" close? Do they they have a crush on each other this man is determined to crush?

Maybe everybody in school knows a pair of high school girls are secretly a couple? And that must be crushed?

Or maybe a couple of kids are just really close friends and that's suspect, and gossip is amplifying it.

Whatever it is, it made headlines, all because of this hateful letter, indeed lacking in grace and entirely void of love, utterly lacking in respect and sensitivity to children.

Can you imagine how they're feeling right now?
